We utilize advanced rotomolding (thermal fusion) and specialized sheet-welding processes to ensure a molecular-level bond between the lining and the steel shell. All lined tanks undergo high-voltage spark testing to guarantee zero porosity and pinpoint defects. Furthermore, lining thickness is optimized based on the thermal expansion coefficients of the specific media, completely eliminating the risk of delamination.
What is the expected service life of the storage tank?
Our tanks are engineered for a typical design life of 10 to 15+ years. This longevity is achieved by incorporating robust corrosion allowances during the structural design phase and utilizing high-performance external coatings resistant to UV degradation and extreme weather.
